The Snack Shack is a key part of our season. It provides many benefits including great food, post game snacks, strong fundraising and is the center of activity on game day giving people a great chance to get to know each other. If we get a modest league-wide commitment from our families, the operations of the Snack Shack can be easy and fun. We’re looking forward to a great season at Tri-Cities and once again thank you in advance for your contribution.

There will a core group of experienced & dedicated parents, including key members of the Board, that will contribute their time to oversee Management of the Snack Shack and to train and guide the volunteers.

Team Parents & Snack Shack Volunteers:

  • Each team parent will be the point of contact for team volunteers.

  • We will have a season-long schedule in place shortly and will distribute it to the Team Parents.

  • We will give you more information, do some orientation and answer any questions you may have about this.

  • Each team will be assigned one week to cover the daily operations during the regular season. Games will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.

  • There will be a set shift schedule to insure that we have proper staffing.

  • We also need robust staffing for Opening Day, Picture Day, Playoffs and Closing day. These present a choice opportunity to fulfill the parent’s volunteer commitment and earn their deposit back.
